Switch ON and OFF email account in the plesk server

After you login to plesk server -> mail account. when see the switch off means you email account service is currently on. you may use the email account at this moment.

When see the icon Switch On Means you mail service is currently off. you may not use your email account.

Login Plesk Server via Google Chrome

1. First key in the web hosting server control panel address (given by entertop.net) in the Google Chrome address bar.

Example: https://yourDomainName.com:8443 or https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8443

2. If you see the bellow screen, There Site's security certificate is not trusted
Then click Proceed Anyway.

3. Finally you see the login screen

Logon Plesk Server via Firefox

1. First key in the web hosting server control panel address (given by entertop.net) in the Firefox address bar.

Example: https://yourDomainName.com:8443 or https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8443

2. If you see the bellow screen, Secure Connection Failed.
Then click Or you can add an exception.



3. Click the Add Exception Button.

4.Click Get Certificate Button
5. Click Confirm Security Exception

6. The you will see Login To Plesk x.x , Key in the Login ID & Password

Logon Plesk Server via Internet Explorer (IE 7)

How to log on your server control panel. Here is some steps.

1. First key in the web hosting server control panel address (given by entertop.net) in the IE 7 address bar.

Example: https://yourDomainName.com:8443 or https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8443

2. If you see the bellow screen, There is a problem with this website's security certificate.
Then click Continue to this website (not recommended).


3. The you will see Login To Plesk x.x

4. The Key in the Login info.
Example
Login: yourDomainName.com (your website address)
Password: xxxxx (Password given by entertop.net, case sensitive)

Press Login

Webmail - Can’t Delete messages from HORDE

When I try to delete a message from webmail it fails with: 'There was an error deleting messages from the folder "Inbox". This is what the server said: [TRYCREATE] Mailbox does not exist.'

RESOLUTION

Most probalby you have switched your webmail to "When deleting messages, move
them to your Trash folder instead of marking them as deleted?" in Horde IMP
preferences under "Options" -> "Deleting and Moving Messages".

Please make sure that trash folder was created and selected under "Trash folder:" option.
